Removal and relocation of an existing IH-35 entrance ramp, construction of a new IH-35 exit ramp, widening of the frontage road to accommodate an auxiliary lane between the new exit and entrance ramps and restriping of existing pavement for a third lane approaching the intersection of Inner Loop.
