Location	Williams Drive from FM 3405 to D.B. Wood Road.
Description	Transitioning from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway with a center two way left turn lane, grading, drainage improvements, asphalt paving, signage, signalization, and striping. This section has been removed from the State Highway System.
Status	Construction began March 2009 and a ribbon cutting was held on December 16, 2010, and road is open to traffic.
