Location	From Lyndhurst Drive to just west of Parmer Lane
Description	Construction of the north two lanes of an ultimate four-lane, divided urban arterial. The project includes construction of a six-foot wide sidewalk and an urban storm water drainage system, including detention ponds for water quality. At at-grade railroad crossing with signalization was constructed in coordination with Capital Metro. The project was designed by Carter Burgess and constructed by J.C. Evans Construction Company.
Status	Construction was completed on July 20, 2007. This project is open to the public.
