Location	Just north of SH 45 north to Oakridge Drive.
Description	Widening of existing McNeil Road from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane, curb-and-gutter roadway.  Construction included drainage improvements and installation of a sidewalk on the west side of the roadway.  The project was designed by Gray-Jansing & Associates and constructed by RGM Constructors.
Status	Construction was completed on January 29, 2005.  This project is open to traffic.
