Location	Just north of the intersection of Howard Lane to just south of SH 45 North.
Description	Widening of existing McNeil Road from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway and construction of drainage improvements.  An at-grade railroad crossing with signalization will be constructed in coordination with Capital Metro.  The project was designed by Gray-Jansing & Associates and constructed by Ranger Excavating.
Status	Construction was completed on February 2, 2007.  This project is open to traffic.
