Location	On CR 104 from SH 29 to 0.55 miles south of SH 29 and on SH 29 from 0.46 miles west of CR 104 to 0.2 miles east of CR 104.
Description	The CR 104 improvements include construction of a four lane roadway with 11 foot travel lanes, grading, asphalt pavement, storm sewer, curb & gutter, signage, and pavement markings.  The SH 29 improvements include widening the road for a two-way center turn lane, a traffic signal at the driveway to the New High School, asphalt paving, signage, and pavement markings.  The roadway was designed by Steger & Bizzell and constructed by Cash Construction.
Status	Construction was completed in July 2008.  The road is open for public use.
