CR 110 Middle

Location CR 110 Middle (North of Limmer Loop to CR 107)

The project will upgrade the existing two-lane roadway to a three-lane roadway (half of an ultimate six- lane facility). The schematic design and right-of-way footprint will consider the ultimate typical section for a six-lane divided roadway.

Status Final design of an interim three-lane section has been completed by Kimley-Horn. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocations are underway. Groundbreaking ceremony for CR 110 Middle from north of Limmer Loop to CR 107 was held on Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m., at the intersection CR 110 and Toscana Trace. The project is anticipated to be completed in spring 2020. The contractor is James Construction. The construction cost is estimated to be $8.9 million and is paid for with voter approved road bonds.  
Lane Closures: Williamson County’s contractor, James Construction Group, is scheduled to place precast box culvert pieces across CR 112.  The work is scheduled to take place Saturday, October 5, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The work zone will be at the intersection of CR 112 and CR 110.  One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times.  Lane closures and one-way traffic control with flagmen will be utilized on CR 112 and CR 110 to safely move traffic through the work zone.  Access to all side streets and driveways will be provided at all times.  Expect minor delays to traffic during this work.
