The project will upgrade the existing two-lane roadway to a three-lane roadway (half of an ultimate six- lane facility). The schematic design and Right-of-Way footprint will consider the ultimate typical section for a six lane divided roadway.

||Final design of an interim three-lane section has been completed by Kimley-Horn. Right-of-way acquisition is complete. Utility relocations are underway. Groundbreaking ceremony for CR 110 Middle from north of Limmer Loop to CR 107 will be held on Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m., at the intersection CR 110 and Toscana Trace. The project is anticipated to be completed in Spring 2020. The contractor is James Construction. The construction cost is estimated to be $8.9 million and is paid for with voter approved road bonds.
On CR 110, the lane closure and traffic control previously scheduled for Thursday, May 23, and Friday, 24, has been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday, May 28. Williamson County’s contractor James Construction Group will place hot mix for additional pavement widening from north of Limmer Loop to approximately CR 112. On May 29, the contractor is scheduled to re-stripe CR 110 to shift the lanes of traffic onto the new pavement that was widened. The re-striping of University Boulevard at CR 110 previously scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, has been cancelled and has not been rescheduled at this time.
